At Norman's Hallmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact before initiating a return.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
