We accept returns on unopened, original condition Keepsake Ornaments within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the original box is included and undamaged.

Yes, you can select the 'Store Pickup' option at checkout for any of our participating Norman's Hallmark retail locations to save on shipping costs.
Can I use Hallmark Gold Crown Rewards on your website?

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
